We can arrange to have all the necessary conveyancing formalities carried out, with minimum delay due to our investment in up to date technology, including liaising with mortgagees to ensure all formalities have been complied with for the release of the mortgage funds in time for completion. We strive to endeavour to complete the transaction to suit the client’s requirements and timetable.We cover almost all areas of conveyancing, for example buying and selling properties, property transfers, re-mortgages, purchase of a council house under the Right to Buy legislation, sale and purchase of properties under alternative finance (Shari’ah compliant loans) etc.

Residential Properties at an Auction

We have experience in acting on behalf of clients who wish to sell or purchase a property at an auction and will provide advice and assistance in this regard. In regard to the sale, we would prepare all the necessary contract documents and submit them to the auctioneers in good time, to ensure that all potential purchasers have an opportunity to view the documents prior to the auction date.
In relation to purchases of properties at an auction, we are able to undertake instructions to advise on the title, by viewing the auction pack and advising on the contents of the pack prior to you attending the auction and making the commitment to purchase.
