In regard to the sale, we would prepare all the necessary contract documents and submit them to the auctioneers in good time, to ensure that all potential purchasers have an opportunity to view the documents prior to the auction date.
In relation to purchases of properties at an auction, we are able to undertake instructions to advise on the title, by viewing the auction pack and advising on the contents of the pack prior to you attending the auction and making the commitment to purchase.
