I had few properties transactions going with them and they have been very approachable, communicable, reasonably priced, deligent, professional and provide you with tailor made suggestion best suited for your interest. Used imy for the sale of my late fathers house. Relatively easy sale as buyers was a cash buyer, no chain and empty house.A couple of issues which I'd suggest as constructive criticism.1) weekly updates for sellers- at times it felt I was chasing imy all the time for an update. It's a very stressful process, so just a simple email weekly even if no further progress is made2) initial invoice differed from the completion statement.Although it was just a nominal difference, I shouldn't have had to be in a position to question this. You can't change the charges without prior notification.Having said that I would recommend imy as they got the job done in a prompt manner at a competitive price

I had the pleasure recently referring 2 family members to IY LEGAL , i was the mediator through the entire process .I had a deadline which we had set before starting the purchase of a property through them . I had made them aware of this date , however I forgot we had the festive season in between also 3rd national Lockdown .To be honest neither of these made any difference to IY LEGAL team , as they thrive to commit with professionalism .They would keep me up-to date via email or phone , one property was completed within 4weeks , the other took slightly longer but was none of there fault, Infact there work is so thorough that they found errors in the vendors title deeds , which was more to my benefit being accurate .I would highly Recommend this firm and assure you that till today I have never found a firm to be so thorough through details than them , also the dates set by them are accurate , they are responsive , good value for the extra effort they put into your work and quality .Whether it’s a residential purchase , commercial or auction IY LEGAL is the team to trust .A great big thank you to the entire team at IY LEGAL .

My transaction had involved purchase deadlines and various extensive lender requirements to obtain funds. Despite the chances of completing the transaction on the set date being very slim the conveyancing team at IMY Legal and in particular Ridwan Bobat worked tirelessly including sacrificing weekends to ensure that the transaction completed on time.
